Sending Us Your Manuscripts
Members of our editorial team are currently working from home, as advised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and GOV.UK. Our editorial review process is not affected in any way. So, if you are in the process of writing or completing your book, now is a great time to send us your work.

We would highly encourage you to simply email us your manuscript to info@syncterfacemedia.com. Our editors will review your work and feedback to you as soon as they possibly can.

Book Design and Production
Circumstances are changing daily, and we are working hard to adjust and adapt to unfolding events. We feel that it would be unrealistic and irresponsible of us not to acknowledge that there would likely be some delays to the design and production process.

However, though certain factors may not be under our control, the team continually meets to ensure that our processes and deliverables remain as current, smooth and unaffected as possible. You can rest assured that we are doing all we can to swiftly implement procedures that will hopefully alleviate any delays.

Book Orders
Our warehouses are currently operational but limited, as we respect the government’s advice prioritising public health and safety. We can fulfill our product orders, but there may be some delays depending on where it’s being shipped to and which outlet is supplying them.
